i did not pay processing fee in ts eamcet round1 counselling and not participated can i pay processing fee in 2 round and participate in 2nd counselling please reply fast no time

If you are not paid the amount of the counseling . You can make register yourself in portal and go for counseling this process is done for the past year . Please check the website once and make sure you are ready with all required documents and apply for counseling.
