Hey Ahmed,

if you have not qualified, then there is no chance to get rank. To join in college you have two options either you join in any college through management quota else after the completion of second counselling there will there will be few seats left over in some colleges, you can join in them freely

Not qualified or (not applied )in EAMCET or ECET ?

If you want to join in a engineering college with your interested branch with fee reimbursement .

since you have not qualified ts eamcet so your chances of getting a seat or rank is very difficult. but after the counselling process for bipc stream finishes if still any more seats are left then you can pay some fees and join into that course which are left. hope so you got it.
