I did not recieved message of icar application through my email.but recieved through phone number.is it problem to write exam.whenever I login,it says that u have completed all steps.pls suggest me.

Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you didn't received the message of icar through email but considering the fact you have received the confirmation through phone number then you don't need to worry as you have received it through phone number.
It's not necessary that you will receive through email id also.
