I did not upload my photograph along with placard . And I have not yet received any confirmation mail for the submission of the form .

Hey Vishal Kumar.....
If a candidate successfully fills the pgimer application form and upload the required documents the candidate will get a confirmation mail along with a system generated application number. If you didn't got any of these then it suggest that the the form filling procedure done by you was not successful.
