Submit Proofs:
a) If your hall ticket had incorrect information, explain this to NPTEL and provide any alternate proofs like acknowledgment mail from NPTEL, screenshots, or other documents showing your course registration.
Reach Out via Phone:
a) NPTEL usually has regional coordinators. Look up contact details for your state's SPOC (Single Point of Contact) from the NPTEL website and explain your issue.
Retrieve Hall Ticket Copy:
a) If you don’t have a hall ticket copy, check your email inbox (including spam/junk) for past communication from NPTEL. It may have your application or hall ticket information.
