I didn't attend for document verification. can i have any chance to attend for appgecet counselling

Dear pavani,
If you haven't been through the certificate verification in the first rounds of counselling then you can not participate in those phases of the counselling. As certificate verification is always the first step in process.
Hence failing to clear first step will not help in progress.
Therefore you can participate in the next rounds bt fulfilling the steps properly in prescribed time.
