I hope you are doing good. Firstly  I want to ensure you that your are not late so dont need to worry at all . Morever 9th syallbus have only very very basic parts of chemistry, its like introduction to chemiistry . Half of syllabus of 9th is in the 10th class chemistry ncert only . I would advise you to buy  a book of ncert and start gaiining knowledge of some basic topoics like isomers, atom space in every type of object like soild,transparent , the number of electrons are present in every shell and learn atom series from a chart. If you study dedicately then it is work of days only
