Follow your passion. Marks are mere numbers. Skills are what that is important. Find what you are passionate about and apply for the courses in that stream. There are some universities in India, which values involvement and interest rather than marks.
If you are not yet certain about your passion, you can apply for a Liberal arts college and explore different career opportunities.
If none of this works, and you are not satisfied with the college you get, you can always go for a drop year and think over. As a dropper once, I strongly recommend it to students. A drop year teaches a lot in academics and life.
