i didn't get btech in cse in main branch of srm as i filled in my first preference .. so should i fill the same in second phase counseling or refer another branch of srm? or i have chance that i can get CS in second counseling or all seat have full? My rank is 9620.

Hello,

Every University offers a second round of counselling on two basis,

1) if some candidates have withdrawn their admission and their seats can be offered to other candidates.

2) To fill out the leftover seats from the leftover respective branches.

So, if we take both the scenario then filling your preference would be good same as the previous one , that might lead you to your favoured campus.
