I didn't getseat in first round of jossa.can I wait for second round for fee payment or I pay in first round and attend counseling

Hi Anshu,
if you did not get any seat in the first round, then i would suggest you wait for the second round.
You must pay the registration fees in the first round actually. As you get registered and pay the fees the system will tell you whether you have achieved a seat in the second round or not.
Do register and pay the fees.
