I didn't have psychology in 12th and belong to a science background but want to pursue it. will there be a deduction of 2.5%?

Psychology comes under arts. So Yes, if you change your stream from science to arts by taking admission in B.A. honours (psychology) there will be a deduction of 2.5% from your best four aggregate. This is the case in all colleges of university of Delhi.
