i didnt know what to write in the forms after filling for improvement in three subjects in 2020 boards. and i filled up in my jee mains form as appearing. will that make a difference? coz the school authorities told me that i would be getting the passed certificate of 2020.(if i get of 2019 then?)

You will fill it as 2019 only and write appeared in the form and calculate your mark including the subjects you have improved. There won't be any problem as you will write as appeared for the improvement section.
