If you haven't participate in first counseling but attended document verification so if your documentes are verified   and got your userid and password then. Now you can attend couselling and put web options according to your preference and if you haven't attended document verification at then you need to submit and Verify near by centers for that please contact TSICET helpline they will help you out after completing documentation only you can attend second couselling and notification for second couselling not yet declared so Please visit official website for more updates
