Are you paid counseling fee or full registration fee.

If you filled the counseling fee than college are trying for full payment registration fee to enroll the students.

If you want to take admission in that college than pay full registration fee otherwise not fill fee of that.

You have receipt of paying counseling fees than ask about it to the college administration.Actually most of the college provide registration number after the enrollment of the students in the course.Some college provide after the student pay the counseling fees so ask about this college adminstration about the matter they will tell about actual college policy
