Hello,
Kindly check if you have entered correct e-mail id while registering and also check the phone number once.There are two stages for registration

1. Basic registration
2. Final registration

In basic registration you need to fill personal information and in that if you have given incorrect e-mail you cannot receive registration ID and password.So once again register using correct email ID carefully or use new mail ID.
