Hi Aspirant,

Before you get your college of choice there's always a system of locking the choices of college that you would choose.However if you haven't got any seat in the 1st round then wait for 2nd round.You may get seats in the next rounds once the cutoff matches with the number of seats available.However if you have not selected or locked your choices of colleges then no rounds of counselling will be valid for you.
