i Didn't submitted ews certificate in tseamcet 2021 application form .can use ews certificate in ts EAMCET 2021 counseling

Dear aspirant,
As you said that you have not submitted your EWS certificate and you want to use it in your application form but I would like to tell you that I don't think you cannot use it at the counselling time because you haven't uploaded in your application form.
