i didn't upload the ews certificate in 1st counseling registation of ap EAMCET and can i add the ews certificate for 2nd counseling ??

Absolutely submit your CWS certificate in second counselling. It also called as “Income and Assets Certificate “ , through this certificate you can get 10% reservation in college. So, go to administration department then submit your CWS certificate.
