You can't get any management studies seat without any entrance. As per your Btech score you are eligible for management entrance exams and management studies.

Try to give state level MBA entrance exams

And some easy exams like

MAT, ATMA.

And try to get admission next year.

Kakatiya University, Warangal on behalf of Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE) has released the result for TS ICET on June 14, 2019. The preliminary answer key for TS ICET 2019 was released on May 31. Students could raise an objection to the preliminary answer key till June 3, 2019.TS ICET 2019 exam was held from May 23 in two slots (Forenoon & Afternoon session) till May 24. The authorities released the TS ICET 2019 admit card in online mode on May 15..
