I discontinued my studies after 10th. Now I am 38 years old. I am doing 12th from IGNOU now. Can I appear for CLAT after 12th from IGNOU ?

Sorry to say the year gap is vast according to BCI. You are having a vast year gap between your 10th and 12th which is not allowed by the BCI. You can not Apply for CLAT after 12th.

Is it compulsory to do 11th Std for applying CLAT. I have done my 10th in 2001 & directly 12th in 2005 through Maharashtra state board and graduated in 2009 from Mumbai University, Also have done my M.Com-2011, MBA - 2014, DLL - 2017, and now want to do LLB. Am i eligible for CLAT ( I have not done my 11th Std FY.JC )
