I do Bsc Cs I want to change my college in 2nd year is it possible?

No, it's not possible. You have to start over again.

You can't leave it in middle and go for other degree. The entire Bachelor of Computer Application or bachelor of science in it or CSE  degree program is equivalent to the other engineering colleges.

In any way you can't change your college you have to look for ways available in your stream only.
