Yes you are eligible for csir net if you have done industrial microbiology. There are five main divisions:

• Life science
• Chemical science
• Earth science
• Mathematics
• Physical science

You need to choose the correct division when you apply and then mention your stream in the subcategory. The eligibility criteria for msc students says that candidates from general (UR) / general-EWS and OBC must hold anM.Sc. or equivalent degree with at least 55% marks in order to be eligible for CSIR UGC NET.
So if you fulfil the eligibility criteria then you would ve eligible for csir net.
