Yes, youcan do M.Comin regular colleges and B. Ed through distance education or vice versa. IGNOU is the best institute for distance education

Yes , you can do M.sc in open University along with b.ed in regular .But it is illegal as Per UGC act of 1956 . So , you can't show two degrees simultaneously for same purpose I mean for teaching jobs . Also if both exams clashes then you will face problem . So I will not suggest you to go for this.
