I do not belong to rural weightage but accidentally the person who was filling my form has filled yes .... and now I don't have certificate ...will this create problem at the time of counselling .....

Although you haven't mentioned or tagged the name of the exam, you ask about, let me tell you that, you will not face any problem during the counselling. You will be considered as a general category candidate and will not be given benefits of any reservation, failing to submit the respective document. So, don't worry about it.
