Well, borther regarding the JoSAA cousling eleigibility criteria clearly mandates you to have atleat 75% in your respective board or to be under 20%ile in that board or you can have both the criteria.

So, I would say if you have above 75% in X11 boards then you can get a chance to appear in JoSAA counsling but failing in this criteria as well, would mean you have to give improvement exam to become eligible

Well if you do not come under the top twenty percentile of JOSAA and you do not have 75 persent marks in 12th boards then I am sorry to inform you that you cannot get admission in any of the institutes offereing admission through JOSAA counselling. There is relaxation for SC/ST students to score a minimum of 60% in boards.
