I do not have the same passport photo which I uploaded in my online application for JMI, now what should I paste in my admit card, will it be okay if I paste some another photo of mine?

Dear leaner,
It doesn't matter which passport size photo your carrying ,what actually matters is the person inthe photo is that you or not ,it will be helpful for the invigilator if you carry same photo of yours, if not that's fine focus on the exam.
