"I do not receive OTP by the Email id , I receive OTP by only phone number for GATE exam" What should I do?

Hello Udit,
Since the servers are taking too long to respond as the registrations through GOAPS have increased in the last few days, it is advised by the authority to complete the email verification after the submission of application form.
I would suggest you to kindly open your mail box and the application form in each tab. Click on Verify email and wait for a while for like 5-10 minutes. If still haven't received the verification mail, click on resend OTP and check the inbox again, you should receive the OTP now. If still didnt receive, refresh the mail box and then check.
If still didnt receive, Logout of the application form and login again and repeat this process. You will receive the OTP soon. And, kindly review the application form before submitting.
