CSE is all about to computer undoubtedly but as an engineer you'll have to do the coding part majorly. As you have mentioned that you don't know about computer and if you don't know about coding too you'll feel discomfort during your Engineering but it doesn't mean you can't do it. I'll recommend you to get some knowledge of coding and computer and if you'll like it then only choose this branch. You can do research on different branches of engineering and can find which is suitable for you.
