I don not have a computer at my home. I am currently preparing for jee mains 2019 and i am worried about computer based test set by nta.

Don't worry you can go to cyber cafes near you and try it out there after your preparation, however, giving a test on computer is not that difficult and even if you sit for the first time you can go through it. At present just focus on your preparation and don't think about this.

there are many apps available in playstore to practice online papers of JEE main.If you don't have even mobile phone, your college teachers will make you practice two to three times on computer before going to write JEE main online exam
