You don't need to worry RSOS is a recognised open board so you are eligible for neet provided you must have passed your RSOS 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology /biotechnology in 12th examination  if belongs to general category , or   at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st category.

In neet 2019 , 610 marks for general category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks  that got an mbbs seat in B. J. Medical College, Ahmedabad  under Gujarat state quota

So, with 500 marks your chances are very low for B J Medical College
