I don't any college in 2 nd round Kerala allotment there is any chance to get in selfinace dental college through mopup (31k is my keam rank)

Yes even if you did not get any seat in round 2, you can definitely try in the mop up round.You may get a seat there as mop up round considers all the seats that are vacant.You can definitely try and try filling as many colleges in the choice filling list as possible.
