If have not problem with any region then I would suggest you for the college like Gitam, but without any exam you should have for escaping the management fees. Colleges that are very reputed like VIT SRM Sathayabama may ask for management fees like donations but last year sathyabama gave free management seats. So I wish you a good luck in that.
