    I don't have 12 certificate but I have done diploma in Information technology and b.tech in Computer Science. Still i need ccc for up lekhpal? Anyone??

    It depends, at times they don't ask fir the CCC certificate, but at times they do. So i would suggest to be on the safe side, apply for it. It is not hard to get.
