I dont have 60% in maths but in other 4 subjects. Can A apply for DU JAT 2019?

Yes you are eligible for applying and appearing for the Du-Jat exam . No the university does not conduct entrance examinations for admissions to any other undergraduate courses.The admissions to the BMS program are based on the DU-JAT entrance examination .The eligibility criteria for applying as well as
appearing for the Delhi univerity Joint Ability test is that You should have a score of
60% in any four subjects including maths ,english and any two which you
got highest in your class 12th boards.

sorry to say you are not eligible. as per dut jet eligibility criteria, candidates must complete their higher secondary education in any stream (Science, Humanities, and Commerce) from a recognised board and obtain a minimum score of 60 per cent marks in four papers including English, Mathematics and other two subjects from the list of elective subjects as approved by the University of Delhi.
