i dont have 60 marks in maths but pcm marks is 61,% can i eligible for jadhavpur
Hey aspirant,
It is really difficult to provide you with a proper answer as you have not mentioned your category and also the course you are interested in
However, as you have mentioned your pcm percentages, I'll provide you with the details for B.Sc courses.
For B.Sc honours you must have passed your10+2 from any recognised board in Science stream. The minimum marks you need to obtain to apply for the following B.Sc courses are:-
Chemistry/Physics honours - 75 % in pcm ( for general category), 67.5% in pcm ( for OBC), 56.25 % in pcm ( for SC/ST/PD/Sports), 40% in pcm ( for PwD).
Maths honours- 75 % average marks in maths and best of any two subjects from Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Computer Science and Geography ( for general category), 67.5% of average marks in the same subjects (for OBC), 56.25% of average marks in the same subjects (for SC/ST/PD/Sports), 40%of average marks in the same subjects ( for PwD).
However, acquiring exactly these percentages of marks doesn't assure you any guaranteed admission. Admission is merit based, and candidates who will score better will be given preference.
And if you are from General Category then you might not be able to apply for these courses. You can opt for other colleges in that case.
Hope this helps.
All the best!
