I don't have a domicile certificate, neither do my parents, What can I submit in domicile certificate column for online counselling of UPSEE

You must have domicile certificate. You should make your domicile certificate as fast as possible. So go through the site of UPTU properly. You should have complete information about the documents required during counselling. So make your domicile certificate as soon as possible and then submit it in counselling. As you are from UP you must have domicile certificate.
