Hi,
You can leave the work experience field blank if you do not have full-time work experience after graduation as only full-time work experience is considered. Work experience gets certain weightage in the final merit list but it's not going to hamper your selection if you score well in CAT exam, writing test, personal interview and GD rounds. In most of the IIMs and other top B-schools, Personal Interview and CAT score get maximum weightage at the time of final selection. To know how to fill CAT application form step-by-step, visit -

See if you dont give the work experience in it that never means that theyll not select you there . It depends on your scoring and all so that they have no chance to reject you. All the best!
