You have mentioned that you are not having your 10th passing certificate because your school doesn't provide that. If you have completed your 10th class from a CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) recognized school then you won't get any extra passing certificate from them. In place of that, your class 10th marksheet will cover both the purpose of marksheet as well as passing certificate. So, you can submit your class 10th marksheet as a document of passing certificate if you have passed from a CBSE recognized school. If you are not from CBSE board then you have to visit your school for further clarifications.
