i dont have ews but i am eligible &i can apply ews at any time but at today i dont have ews then i can mark yes on my mht cet form?

You can't mark Yes in that form even though you are eligible because if you mark Yes then you have to submit your certificate.So please try to get the certificate before marking it with yes.
