I don't have ews certificate but I have the receipt of it that I have applied for the ews certificate. Will they consider it for mhcet counselling . Or showing certificate is necessary ?

Hi,

It all depends upon the concerned official authorities. Whether, they will see and accept the receipt and may later allow you to show up the EWS certificate. So, it cannot be said that they will accept it or not, you should try contacting the concerned statutory body by doing email and contact number and can clarify from them.
