I don't have have any work experience.. After giving CAT exam and completing my gaduation (B.com) can i join IIM?

You can join IIM if you fullfil the eligibility criteria (50% in graduation) and also get the required marks in CAT exam.
So you need to prepare very well for CAT and keep a high target to achieve good marks so that you can get into IIM.
