according to us , if you dont have income and Cast RD number so still you can apply for the PGCET application form there is no problem if you don't have that documents

If you didn't submit your Income and Cast RD number now ,

it's ok you are still eligible to fill and submit your application form,

because for document these are the listed documents :

• SSLC/10th Standard Marks Card

• 2nd PUC/12th Standard Marks Card of the Candidate

• QE Marks Card of the Candidate

• Candidate’s Study Certificate

• Caste Income Certificate (if applicable)
