Income certificate is a must to prove that you belong to obc ncl category otherwise you would be considered as a general category. You should try to get your income certificate issued as soon as possible otherwise you will have to fave problems in the future. A candidate belonging to obc category doesn't mean that he/she also belongs to the obc ncl category.
