I dont have Karnataka domicile,can I still apply for counselling there in neet ug 2018?(bcoz last year non domicile candidates were allowed)

Its is better to have karnataka domicile, because it wil add to counselling under state rank. To be on safer side please have it. If you don't have you can apply for counselling it won't cause any problem.
