See students have to decide after stdx , what they want to be, and then according to career they choose science or Commerce or arts field.
Medical, Engineering are different fields and commerce deals with Accountancy and management courses.
You will have to decide hour field of interest . If you want to be ENGINEER OR Doctor or some para medical course. You must pass STD xii with science field.
•For Medical field or courses like MBBS and BDS along with xii board ( with PCB ) you have to appear for NEET as entrance exam. If you want to do paramedical courses like BSC nursing, DMLT, you will have to take BSC degree first and then further apply for these courses. You can go go bachelor's degree in any of subjects like BSC in physics, BSC in chemistry, BSC in biology., Maths.
For Engineering course along PCM stream you will have to appear for jee-main as entrance test. Then there are various fields in engineering also such as
•Engineering in IT
• BE computer science
•Mechanical engineering
•civil Engineering etc.
If you are from commerce field then after xii , you can opt for various courses like
•B.com (//B.com)
• B.com.( Hons)
•BBA
•BAF , bachelor of Finance and Accounting
• Mass communication
•Jounalism

Graduation is basically a degree that you do after 12th or we can say high school.
There are various courses that can be done after 12th like if you have a science background you can do your graduation or get your bachelors degree in Engineering discipline, or can go for B.sc, BCA or any other course that you like.
If you are from commerce or arts background then you can go for B.com (//B.com) and B.a courses, BBA, Fashion designing, Law anything that gathers your interest.
Search about the course you want to make your career in and then find a college that attracts you and is best for you, give the entrance exam if needed and follow that admission process to get admission in the graduation course.
