So, with regard to your query, YES you can absolutely do business related courses after completion of arts course in 12th, the only problem is you will be having calculation subjects in business streams.
You can opt for BBA, BA etc.,. after 12th and then do any specializations after completion of under graduate courses, like MBA in interior designing, MBA in Airport management etc.,.
