I don't have my surname on my high school and intermediate up board certificate. Will i face problem in future?

Hello!
No, there will be no problem if your surname is not written in your high school and intermediate certificates. But you will have to mention your name without your surname in all relevant academic exams, forms for driving license, PAN card, passport etc.
However no problem will ever arise without your surname in any document in future.

I am in 11th and I want to be a doctor but I don't have my last name in my any documents.. will it cause any problem?

Hello student no you'll not face any difficulties if you don't have surname on your academic documents but make sure you've the same name on all the documents from class 10 onwards. As if you've surname on class 10 documents and now you remove it you might face difficulties.
