I don't have NCL OBC certificate for the admission of mcom in Pondicherry University. Is the state OBC certificate is valid at that time?

Hi dear,
If you have attested OBC NCL certificate of your state only attested by tehsildar then you can get admission in the university. You should apply counselling in OBC NCL category.
