I don't have residence certificate. Can I use Aadhaar card Or electricity bill as residence proof for Anna university admission?? Plz help me out. I am confused.

Use aadhar because aadhar can used as a best residence proof in anna university admission.

Aadhar Card can be used as residency certificate unless specified otherwise. So yes, you can your Aadhar card as proof of residency. You can also try contacting the authorities in-charge or read an information bulletin(if any), incase you are still confused.
