i don't have the final semester marksheet but i have a screenshot of the result can i uploaded this to the tancet councelling 2021

Hello,
The counselling conduct through online. So you can upload your marksheet scan copy. If you don't have any original result of 12th then you have to collect it. If there written that upload the marksheet with self attested scan copy then original marksheet mandatory. Otherwise you can upload the screen shot also buy reminder that the screen shot is proper and clear. I hope you can understand. But I'll suggest you that you should collect your original marksheet from your school. It's mandatory in every where.
